Senior Enterprise Relationship Specialist- Enterprise
Job Purpose
The Senior Enterprise Relationship Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the strategic initiatives of the Business Incubator (BI) and Science and Innovation Park (SIP) at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ»ÆÆ¬. This role involves identifying and managing strategic partnerships, supporting startups and tenants, overseeing investment readiness programs, handling funding processes, and ensuring smooth operational and marketing activities. Additionally, responsible for proposal writing, outreach initiatives, and enhancing the unit’s visibility and impact through data-driven decision-making and policy development.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and manage events, projects, workshops, training sessions in and boot camps for the incubated startups.
- Lead efforts to identify new investment opportunities and strategic collaborations to support the growth of startups.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international institutions, venture capitalists, angel investors, and industry leaders.
- Represent the unit in key industry events, fostering collaboration with government entities, NGOs, and private sector partners.
- Oversee and manage the seed funding process for startups, ensuring readiness for investment.
- Design and implement tailored incubation and acceleration programs to support startups in various innovation clusters.
- Facilitate the onboarding and operational support for SIP tenants to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess potential tenants and strategic investment opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Business Incubator and Science Park.
- Collaborate with the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ»ÆÆ¬ marketing team to create promotional materials, organize networking events, and manage press/media relations.
- Enhance the unit’s outreach through digital marketing campaigns, content development, and social media engagement.
- Design and implement innovative programs that align with the needs of startups, researchers, and SMEs.
- Lead proposal writing efforts to secure funding and partnerships for incubator and SIP initiatives.
- Develop new services and programs to attract high-potential startups and increase tenant engagement.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Innovation and Enterprise Unit, ensuring efficiency in workflow.
- Maintain enterprise databases, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
- Develop internal and external policies for the Science and Innovation Park.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and reporting for startups, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, marketing, HR, facilities, and policy teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in business development, innovation management, and ecosystem building.
- Proven track record in strategic partnerships, investment readiness, and proposal writing.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing incubation and acceleration programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance monitoring, and digital marketing.
