Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ»ÆÆ¬ is proud to announce the upcoming Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ»ÆÆ¬ International Students Film Festival (Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ»ÆÆ¬ISFF)! This exciting event will showcase the creative works of talented student filmmakers from around the globe, offering a unique opportunity to experience diverse storytelling and cinematic visions.

Under the leadership and support of Professor Mohamed Shouman, President of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ»ÆÆ¬ISFF and Dean of the Faculty of Communication and Mass Media, the selection team has chosen 100 short films across five categories as finalists for this year's festival, from an incredible 1,870 submissions representing 115 countries. These short films showcase the finest in student filmmaking from around the globe, highlighting the extraordinary talent, creativity, and dedication of young filmmakers.
An esteemed panel of judges, all experts in their respective fields, will evaluate these short films and carefully assess the 20 films per category, with the aim of selecting the top 3 films in each category. The renowned director, Hany Lasheen, will be president of the judges’ panel. Director Lasheen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, ensuring a fair and insightful selection process. These selections will highlight the very best in cinematic storytelling, technical achievement, and artistic innovation.
The University welcomes everyone to come and celebrate the power of short film as a universal language. They will be days filled with screenings, discussions, and the chance to connect with filmmakers and film enthusiasts. It is guaranteed to be an invaluable festival.
