Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ – Faculty of Engineering- was delighted to have participated in a Summer School internship for Engineering students with the University of Lincoln UK
A total of 24 students from our University are currently attending the internship in the UK, supervised by Professor Tamer A. Mohamed, Vice Dean for Community Service and Dr. Noha Mostafa, Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering.
Our students are enjoying a rich training programme that combines academic sessions, focused workshops, industrial visits, and cultural activities. The project is part of the British Council's "Going Global Partnerships", which began in January 2022.
The team consists of members from both Universities: from The University of Lincoln, Dr. Ahmed Elseragy, PhD, Dr. Tony Daniels, Ms. Sharon Page, and Dr. David Rugara; and from our University, Professor Tamer A. Mohamed, Vice Dean for Community Service and Dr. Noha Mostafa, Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering.
The project aims at accelerating contributions between the two universities on varied levels, with student exchange being a significant part. Exchanging students is intended to offer international learning and cultural experience, which align with the strategic objectives of the British University in Egypt.
